My Lipo 6 Diary and Review
This is my personal review and experience using Lipo 6. I am not prescribing Lipo 6 to anyone. Please use common sense and consult a health professional before starting any supplement. That being said, here is my review and diary.

Day 1 (June 15, 2007)
Starting Weight: 222lbs.Dose: 1 capsule in the morning, lunch, supper
Diet: 3.5/5 (Tuna Salad for lunch, Sausage for supper)
Exercise: 10 mins cardio, 30 mins bicep routine
Side Effects: Thirsty at first, drinking water helped. Nothing negative, I'm very happy, maybe a little headache but I can't be sure it's from Lipo 6.
Overall: A Great start. I was a little anxious about starting Lipo 6 because I had no idea how the side effects were going to be. All I can say is I feel a little warm like I'm lying down and the sun is shining on me. It's quite pleasant. Helps with the workouts when you need to push that one extra rep, you have the confidence and energy to do so.
Day 2
Starting Weight: 221bs.Dose: 1 capsule in the morning
Diet: 2.5/5
Exercise: Off Day
Side Effects: None
Overall: I couldn't even tell I was on the supplements.
Day 3
Starting Weight: 221bs.Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules in the afternoon around 4pm (16:00h)
Diet:4.5/5 No junk food, lots of vegetables
Exercise: Chest Routine, 10 mins of Cardio
Side Effects: Mild indigestion
Overall: I think the 2 capsules at a time will be the ideal dose. I could feel it working, my energy and alertness were up.
Day 4
Starting Weight: 221bs.Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: Pizza, Hamburgers
Exercise: 20 mins cardio, Tricep workout
Side Effects: None
Overall: Can't complain, I sweat alot while working out, but that's a good thing =)
Day 5
Starting Weight: 220bs.Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: Tuna Salad, Minestrone
Exercise: Back, Chest
Side Effects: None
Overall:
Day 6
Starting Weight: 220bs.Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: I was on the run most of the day so I didn't get my first meal before supper, not recommended at all!
Exercise: Day off
Side Effects: None
Overall:
Day 7
Starting Weight: 219bs.Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 later afternoon
Diet: Salad, Smokies
Exercise: 30 mins Cardio
Side Effects: I took 2 capsules around supper time and I was unable to get to sleep before 2 am.
Overall: I did my cardio about 15 mins after I took my afternoon dose and I felt alot more motivated to stay on the treadmill.
End of week
Week #1 was a success. I lost 3 lbs on the scale but I'm sure it's more than that in fat. I've been weight lifting and drinking protein shakes after my workouts like I normally do. I have no sacrificed anything to lose this weight, no lean muscle at all.Lipo 6 has given me energy with little side effects but best of all, the confidence I need to achieve my goal of a leaner and healthier future.
