My Lipo 6 Diary and Review Week 2
This is my personal review and experience using Lipo 6. I am not prescribing Lipo 6 to anyone. Please use common sense and consult a health professional before starting any supplement. That being said, here is my review and diary for week #2. You can view week #1 here.
Day 8 (June 22, 2007)
Starting Weight: 219lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning
Diet: Salad, Salmon
Exercise: 30 mins Cardio (Heart Rate Interval)
Side Effects: My stomach was filling a bit irritated.
Overall:
The previous day I took my dose a little late and thus I was wired until 2 am so I could not sleep very well, I decided to skip the afternoon dose so I can get to sleep early. I still got to get at 1 am =(
Day 9
Starting Weight: 219lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: Omelet, Broccoli, Kidney Beans
Exercise: Shoulder Routine
Side Effects: None
Overall:

Day 10
Starting Weight: 219lbs.
Dose: 1 capsule in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: Horrible, i ate like a pig late at night
Exercise: 30 mins internval cardio
Side Effects: None
Overall:
I'm hoping that my inability to break the 219 lbs mark is because i'm gaining muscle thus increasing my weight while losing weight by burning fat.
Day 11
Starting Weight: 220lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon
Diet: Vegetarian Omelet and some chicken wings
Exercise: 40 mins interval cardio, Back Routine
Side Effects: None
Overall:
I had to make up for yesterday's horrible diet
Day 12
Starting Weight: 220lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning
Diet: Vegetable casserole, Ham and Cheese Sandwich
Exercise: 20 mins interval cardio, Firefighter fitness test (treadmill)
Side Effects: Stomach Ache
Overall:
I only took the morning dose, my stomache wasn't alright most of the day
Day 13
Starting Weight: 220lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning
Diet: Pasta, Salad
Exercise: Cardio (Interval)
Side Effects: Decided to take only 2 today so it wasn't so rough on my stomache
Overall: I'm happy that i haven't gained much weight even though I'm gaining mass
Day 14
Starting Weight: 219lbs.
Dose: 2 capsules before workout
Diet: Hamburger, Chicken
Exercise: Chest Routine, 10 mins hard cardio hill climb
Side Effects: None
